We are now inviting a creative, self-motivated, energetic and talented Learning & Development Professional to join us.

Team Head of Learning & Development 

• A key staff member of APAC Learning & Development Excellence Centre, is responsible for overall L&D strategy mapping for Hong Kong and selected countries, coming up annual training plan and budget which align to business needs and plans
• Identify training needs, diagnose learning gaps of retail staff and office staff, and recommend relevant L&D initiatives for enhancing group's competencies and skills
• Develop and drive a learning culture among the staff 
• Develop and customize retail and education materials for business units when it is required 
• Work closely with brand management and key stakeholders including Brand heads, Marketing and Merchandising to understand their business strategies and priorities and L&D needs 
• Evaluate learning effectiveness to ensure retail staff are equipped with all necessary skills and product knowledge to meet brand standards and customer expectations
• In charge online learning academy, maximize usage and benefits for all users
• Leverage learning, knowledge and sharing among L&D Excellence Centre members  

• Degree holder in any disciplines 
• Minimum 10 year's experiences in retail operations or training is highly preferred 
• Passionate about beauty including skincare, haircare and fragrance 
• Pleasant, mature and positive with a "can-do"mindset
• Ability to organize and prioritize tasks systematically in a fast-paced environment 
• Excellent training and presentation skills
• Good written and verbal language skills in Chinese and English and Mandarin
