Job Description
RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Provide key support to the Operations team on cinema facility management, operational procurement and stock management
- Responsible for operational contract, quotation and invoice documents
- Assist Operations team for all kind of clerical work
- Participate and support on projects and ad hoc task
REQUIREMENTS :
- Diploma or above
- At least 3 years relevant clerical experience in sizable company
- Basic knowledge in building maintenance / property management / construction project / cinema business is an advantage
- Strong business acumen with cost conscious, well-organized with attention to detail and result-driven.
- Self-motivated and able to work in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment
- Candidates with lesser experience will be considered as Operations Executive
