Job Description

Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and support the administration of the Business Development & Marketing function across the region, including the compilation of client, financial and management reports
  • Working closely with the Regional Director, supporting tactical aspects of major strategic initiatives and projects in Asia
Qualifications / Person Specification
  • University degree preferred
  • Minimum 5 years’ legal secretarial experience from well-regarded legal firms with experience
  • Good communication skills in both written and spoken English and Chinese; knowledge in Mandarin an advantage
  • Strong computer skills; highly proficient in MS Office i.e. Advanced Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint etc
  • Work independently, flexible and highly team-oriented
  • Thrive under pressure, balance multiple priorities and prioritise effectively demonstrating outstanding organisational skills
  • Rapidly acquire knowledge of organisational structure (mission, goals and objectives), department policies and procedures
