Responsibilities:

• Ensure the database of candidates is well-maintained and information is accurate
• Update candidate’s career status via phone call, whatsapp and other possible channels
• Share our role and current opportunities to maintain a good relationship with potential candidates
• Relevant documentation including import CV, information marking, data clearning, etc.

Requirements:

• Hardworking, desired to learn, organized, energetic, fast-paced
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Analytical minds, good team player, organized
• Able to work at least 16 hours per week 
• Flexible working hour
• Undergraduate is welcome
