Job Description
Mon - Fri : 09:00 - 05:30 pm (No overtime work is essential)
1) Japanese Speaking Human Resources Clerk
Duties:
- Report to the Human Resources & Admin. Officer and Manager
- Assist to handle all-round of H.R. functions including recruitment, compensation & Benefits and employee relations, etc.
- Assist in monthly payroll, MPF, taxation issue
- Assist in ad hoc assignment
- JLPT N2 or above
- 1-2 years of relevant working experience
- Good command of English and Chinese
- Proficiency in MS Office applications
- Knowledge in trading industry and experience in Japanese company is preferred
- Immediate available is highly preferable
2) General Clerk in Purchasing Department
Duties:
- Provide all-round support to the deparemnt
Requirements:
- JLPT N2 or above
- Diploma/Degree will be a plus
- Good command of English and Chinese
- Proficiency in MS Office applications
- Eager to look for a permanent job with a stable financial background company
