The candidate should possess a Bachelor's Degree with at least 3 year's work experience in NGOs or tertiary institutions. He or she should have good command of English and Chinese, proficiency in PC applications, MS Office and Chinese Word Processing.

Major Roles & Responsibilities:

• Oversees the daily operation of the Family Therapy Center;
• Supervises a small team to handle daily operation of the center;
• Provides administrative support to clinical & research activities, and training courses admission & enrolment;
• Coordinates external and internal projects and communications programs whenever necessary; 
• Manages social media channels including websites, e-newsletters, publications, email outreaches, and media.
