Responsibilities:

• Assist in the entire procurement flow for a wide variety of consumables, machines and services: -
  • To coordinate and understand user need
  • To conduct product and market research
  • To prepare full set of SOW / tender / contract documents
  • To load and monitor procurement data in SAP
  • To liaise with all relevant parties in relation to goods / services delivery
• Assist in vendor management: -
  • To maintain appropriated vendor pool
  • To maintain the database of vendor in SAP and keep proper record
  • To regularly review of vendor performance
• Assist in Global procurement
• Assist in review and update of procurement policy
• Assist in SAP user training
• Assist in other assigned procurement projects

Requirements:

• Higher Diploma or above in Procurement, Supply Chain or other related disciplines
• At least 2 years related working experience preferably in a logistics industry or large MNCs
• Good communication and analysis skills
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese (Including Mandarin)
• Advanced user of Excel and Pivot Table
• Well-organized and attention-to-details
• Independent and able to lead and move process from end to end
• Fresh graduates will also be considered
