We are currently seeking Recruitment Consultant, responsible for an all-rounded recruitment role including account development and management, search execution, and candidate management.

Responsibilities:

• Work closely with some of the finest employers and providing outstanding quality end to end talent acquisition service
• Understand client businesses and their recruitment needs, and support them by detecting, searching and sourcing, interviewing, and negotiating with applicants for hirings
• Adopt a consultative approach, and during the entire process add value to the recruitment process with industry knowledge and experience
• Establish strong relationships with new clients through business development forming businesses in the process.
• Help job seekers by providing career coaching and offering expert advice to clients on topics such as market conditions, trends and salary levels

 
Requirements:

• University graduate from any disciplines
• Comfortable working independently as well as in a team structure
• Hands-on and outgoing personality with a determination to succeed
• Either
  • Experience working as a recruitment consultant, or
  • Fresh graduate - Good people skill and comfortable with people connection at all levels; good communication and interpersonal skills with positive and “can-do” attitudes.  Training will be provided to beginner who is keen to enter recruitment industry.
