Responsibilities

• Responsible for liaising with internal parties for preparation of tender bidding documents and proposal to meet the tender technical and contractual requirements.
• Monitoring tender process and tracking tender result. Managing tender data analysis and prepare analysis report.  
• To provide administrative support in contract management and monitoring compliance in the administration of contracts.
• Lead a small team to handle inquiries, complaints, incoming and outgoing correspondences and manage filing system.
• To carry out ad-hoc tasks as assigned by direct supervisor

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Project Management/Landscaping Studies/Business Administration or related discipline
• 4 years or above working experience in tender bidding is preferably in property management, government or semi- government sectors.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Chinese Word Processing
• Having solid knowledge and experience in ERP and CRM is a plus
• Excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese
• Good communication and interpersonal skills, able to deal with all levels of customers
• Able to work under pressure, independently and multitask to meet tight deadlines.
• Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant Administration Officer.
