Job Description

Our client is one of the global largest Marketing Services conglomerates and they are now currently looking for a dynamic talent to join them to support their business to new heights.

We are now seeking for a TALENT ACQUISITION PARTNER - APAC

REQUIREMENTS

  • You'll be a recruitment expert and part of a smaller global team acting as a partner to departmental stakeholders, from Managers to Senior Leadership teams across a wide range of departments across the APAC region.
  • Take ownership within a standalone role, with exposure to hiring across multiple functions, from group departments such as; Finance and IT through to; Sales and Marketing, Digital/Tech and Product Development across to operations; such as Design, Supply Chain, Sourcing, Packaging, Quality and Sustainability
  • Providing full-time end to end recruitment role, managing requirements from approval through to offer stage, providing an efficient and quality support service. You will advise, influence and provide a pipeline of permanent and contract talent, ultimately ensuring the right people in the right place at the right time.
  • Supporting ad-hoc projects including: Employer Brand, Process Improvements, Succession Planning, etc

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Experience with a variety of attraction methods, including, networking, recruitment marketing, Boolean searching, CV database management, etc
  • Experience of local and international hiring within the APAC region - ideally experienced in hiring across a broad range of functions. Preferred prior recruitment experience at Sourcing, supply chain or manufacturing industry.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, working to pace; managing expectations with changing priorities and holding quality resource planning conversations
  • A savvy approach to recruitment marketing, with experience of taking detailed recruitment briefs to deliver compelling advertising copy and recruitment collateral, supporting the development of employer branding
  • Fluent in English and Cantonese (verbal and written). Mandarin is desirable.
