We're now hiring Talent Acquisition Manager and Assistant HRBP Manager for our client, listed corporate in Hong Kong. You will have opportunities to learn and explore new skills with a friendly and people-oriented culture.

Reporting to the Senior Manager, you will work closely with HR business partners and hiring managers to handle the end-to-end talent acquisition cycle, be involved in employee onboarding and orientation and implement talent acquisition strategies and plans.

TA Manager/ Specialist

Responsibilities:

• Take ownership and drive the end-to-end Talent Acquisition strategy to hire great talents;
  • Work closely with business partners and hiring managers to identify recruitment needs and to develop strategy;
  • Source qualified candidates through a wide variety of channels; 
  • Conduct interviews together by using structured assessment tools and techniques;
  • Give feedback and offer the right candidates
• Act as a business partner, engage with new-joiners for onboarding and orientation;
• Share meaningful market data, employment trends and industry knowledge.

Requirements:

• Degree holder with any disciplines;
• Min. 7+ years experience in full-cycle recruiting across entry-level to the managerial level, in-house mass hiring experience is preferred;
• Solid experience in driving digital sourcing channels;
• Highly motivated with a can-do attitude and strong interpersonal and negotiation skills;
• Fluent in English and Cantonese, both written and spoken. 

Assistant HRBP Manager

Responsibilities

• Act as a Business Partner for designated business unit and provide professional HR solutions for TA and retention, C&B, employee relations and staff enquiries from all levels of employees.
• Liaise with stakeholders on HR strategic planning, manpower allocation, HR costing and budgeting, etc. in order to cope with the business growth
• Review existing policies and procedures, drive process improvement to ensure best-practice operation
• Enhance communication channels between management and employees by organizing effective employee relation programs
• Assist in preparing various analysis and reports for management review and participate in any HR projects as required

Requirements

• Degree holder with any disciplines;
• Min. 6+ years experience/ knowledge in business partnering and recruitment is a must
• Willing to perform duties in multiple working locations
• Experience in hiring for creative roles would be an advantage
• Dynamic, resourceful with strong analytical skills and commercial acumen combined with a drive for results and problem-solving
• Strong interpersonal, communication and influencing skills and a good team player
• Self-motivated and able to work in fast paced working environment
• Fluent in English and Cantonese, both written and spoken.
