Responsibilities:

• Handle petty cash and prepare invoice
• Responsible for the maintenance of office equipment and vehicles
• Handle application or renewal of related licenses and insurances
• Prepare reports for management review
• Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Higher Diploma or above in Business Administration or related disciplines
• Minimum 3 years' relevant working experience (secretarial experience or experience in preparing invoice is advantage)
• Strong numerical sensitivity, statistic knowledge and quantitative analysis skills
• Able to handle multi-tasks independently, detail-oriented and well-organized
• Excellent in MS Word, Excel and Chinese word processing
• Hands-on experience or knowledge in Marco is definitely an advantage
• Good command of spoken / written English and Chinese
• Immediate availability is highly preferred

Candidates with more experience will be considered as Senior Administrative Officer.
