 Job Description

Advan Jewelry Group is a manufacturer/exporter of fine jewelry. The company is currently expanding its operations. To cope with such developments, we are now inviting the right candidates to fill the following captioned vacancy with our Hong Kong Office:

 Roles & Responsibilities:

l   Responsible for daily administration support, payroll calculation, taxation, MPF administration, recruitment, performance management and employee relations.

l   Assist in reviewing and implement procedures for efficient office administration and entire procurement workflows.

l   Jewelry exhibitions flowing-up.

l   Mature, stable, hardworking and good communication skills and interpersonal skills.

l   Assist in ad hoc tasks and assignments.

 Requirements:

l   Diploma or above in relevant disciplines.

l   Min. 1 years relevant working experience in Administrative field.

l   Proficient in MS Office (Word/Excel/PowerPoint/Outlook).

l   Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese

l   Team player, well-organized with strong sense of responsibility and interpersonal communications skills.
