Responsibilities:

• Formulate and execute training strategies and plans that are aligned with business strategies and organizational objectives
• Identify training and development needs and develop, design and deliver various training programs
• Review staff development plan for frontline operations to maintain or upgrade service quality
• Monitor and implement a set of quality and effective training program to frontline staff and different levels of staff
• Review training effectiveness by assessing employee performance and trainee's feedback
• Evaluate the training performance and conduct action plan for enhancement / improvement
• Perform risk assessment and inspection as needed  
• Handle ad hoc assignments and projects as assigned by Management

Requirements:

• Degree holder in related disciplines
• Minimum 5 years solid training and development experiences, preferably in security industries
• Experience in good training sense in term of course development, design and evaluation
• Strong organizational, communication (English & Chinese) and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in MS office
• Ability to work in fast paced environment and able to multi-task and think creatively
• Immediately available is highly preferred
