Job Description
- Assists in handling general office and branches administration supports including stationery office supplies, equipment, sundries and printing matters, etc
- Handle business phone calls and emails
- Responsible to daily office routine and filing
- Keep accurate up to date records and business documents
- Liaison to Senior Management and Senior Officer
- Supports ad-hoc tasks and projects as required
- Secondary education with minimum 1 years relevant experience preferred
- Good knowledge in MS office applications and Chinese word processing is an advantage
- Good command of written and spoken Chinese and English
