Responsibilities:

Assist in various HR Management aspects and activities including correspondence drafting, recruitment and selection, employee relations, reward and benefits administration, HR daily routines and intranet updating, HRIS administration, secretarial support and any other HR projects.

Requirements:

• Degree holder, preferably in HRM or related discipline
• At least 3 years' relevant working experience in sizable organization
• Conversant with employment related ordinances
• Able to perform multi-tasks to meet tight schedule and attentive to details
• Sensible team player, self-motivated, passionate and outgoing
• Good command of English & Chinese including Putonghua
• HKIHRM membership and IELTS Score 6.5 or above preferred

Candidates with less experience or qualification will be considered for the post of Assistant Human Resources Officer.
