Zeek aims to provide smart logistics, SaaS solutions and online / offline integrated instant delivery service for Hong Kong and Southeast Asia market, meeting their needs for food & parcel delivery and last-mile logistics.

Responsibilities:

• Lead HR & Administration departments and act as a business partner supporting Senior Management Team covering business operations in Hong Kong, Guangzhou, Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Vietnam and Taiwan;
• Assist in setting up new offices and build new team for new market;
• Implement Group wide HR policies in a practical pragmatic way against the five elements of HR strategy in Recruitment and Selection, Management Succession, Performance Management, Compensation and Training & Development;
• Provide HR advices and support to Senior Management and Regional Teams in relation to organization development issues;
• Manage and strengthen HR department to support all relevant operational and administrative functions in Hong Kong and the Region;
• Extend sound legal and best practice advices for all employment terms, staff performance in the Region;
• Manage HR budget according to Company and Group requirements

• Degree holder in Human Resources Management or any other related disciplines;
• Minimum 8 years relevant experience preferable in startup Company;
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, facilitation, and organization skills with the ability to work across functions at all levels;
• Good team player, mature, and possession of a strong sense of responsibility;
• Able to work under dynamic/startup working environment;
• Proficient in MS Office and Google applications; 
• Good command of English, Mandarin is a plus;
• Immediately available or short notice preferred
