Responsibilities:          

• Responsible for performing full spectrum of Human Resources and Administration duties
• Working closely with departments to identify recruitment and training needs
• Communicate with external vendor and labour department to follow up the HR issues;
• Assist in preparing annual salary and headcount budgets, support the work of budget forecast for the management team;
• Any other ad-hoc projects

Requirements: 

• Diploma holder or above in HR management or related disciplines
• Minimum of 4 years solid experience in sizable retail organization; experience in manufacturing / FMCG industry is an advantage
• Multi-task, well-organized, detail-minded, can-do, positive influencing skills
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in MS Office skill esp. Excel and Chinese Word Processing
• Immediate available preferred
• Candidates with more experience will be considered as Senior Human Resources & Administration Officer
