Duties

• Perform full range of office administration duties including arrange, order, manage, maintain office supplies, facilities, equipment, office space planning, mailing and courier services and staff reimbursement;
• Assist in inventory control;
• Assist in procurement process and payment settlement;
• Maintain proper filing; and
• Any other duties assigned.

Requirements

• Diploma or above with at least 2 years’ work experience, preferably in administration and office management or related field;
• Reliable, detail-oriented, strong sense of responsibility, good organization & interpersonal skills;
• Familiar with Microsoft Office;
• Accurate English and Chinese word processing; and
• Knowledge of Putonghua an advantage.
