Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- To be responsible for recruitment, MPF administration, insurance arrangement, employee relations and new joiners orientation etc.
- Familiar with ISO 9001
- To handle the day-to-day general administration
- Liaison with internal and external parties of jewelry training programme, admission, timetabling, course selection, examinations, maintenance of student/staff records and filing
- To prepare reports and handle ad hoc projects as assigned
Job Requirements:
- Degree in Business Administration or related disciplineswith 3 years relevant experience
- Well versed in Employment Ordinance and related legislation
- Self-initiative, independent and able to work under pressure
- Team player with good interpersonal skills
- Fluent in written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
- Proficient PC skills in Microsoft Words, Excel, PowerPointand Chinese Word Processing
- Candidates with more experience may be considered for the position of Officer
- Immediate availability is highly preferred
