Job Description
Job Responsibilities
- Provide general administrative support to the office, including procurement of office stationery, supplies and facilities maintenance, etc;
- Perform receptionist duties such as handling calls, greeting guests, handling incoming calls and managing the conference rooms;
- Prepare draft memo and correspondence;
- Maintain good filing system in e-filing and hard copies record;
- Assist to organize staff activities and events;
- Manage the office environment in tidy manner;
- Assist in ad-hoc tasks as assigned.
Job Requirements
- 1 year working experience;
- Proficiency in using MS Office Excel, Word and Chinese word processing;
- Good telephone manner and customer services;
- Good interpersonal skills, polite and helpful manner;
- Responsible personnel, well organized and self-disciplined;
- Fresh graduate will be considered.
