Job Description
Our client is a leading professional law firm with services in corporate finance, banking & investment, commercial litigation and corporate & commercial law. They are seeking a Legal Secretary to support the partner of Commercial Litigation team in their central office.
Job duties:
- Offer full secretarial and administrative support to Litigation Partner
- Assist in-house solicitors for preparation of litigation documents and correspondence
- Manage schedule and meeting arrangements and screen incoming calls
- Maintain records and filing system
- Handle monthly reports and other assigned projects
The qualifications:
- 2 to 3 years of legal secretary experience in law firm, preferably in commercial litigation field
- Good spoken and written in English and Chinese, including Mandarin
- Proficiency in MS Office Words, PowerPoint and Excel, including Chinese typing
- Patient, detail-minded, initiative, multi-tasking, good planning and trust-worthy
