Job Description:

• Work with the recruitment team to develop a sourcing strategy for each position
• Source active and passive candidates for highly specialized roles
• Manages the recruitment process from end to end, including role advertisement and supporting the offer management process
• Utilizes appropriate direct sourcing channels (e.g. internet job boards, social media) to target and attract candidates
• Make initial contact with potential candidates to build relationships and network to determine interest level and suitability
• Coordination and scheduling (telephone / in-person / video conference) of interviews, as well as manage the ground logistics for candidates
• Supports development of a recruitment demand plan with HR and the business and define a recruitment strategy for services line
• Manages non-compliance with dentsu international recruitment policies as necessary

Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree holder in HR or business discipline
• Results driven personality with strong work ethics and able to work independently
• High energy, flexible and adaptive, with the ability to work well and enjoy a fast-paced environment with minimal direction
• Excellent communication in Cantonese, English and Mandarin, written in English and Chinese skill required
• Outgoing and proactive, willing to learn with passion to deliver quality work
• Fresh Graduate will also be considered
• Immediate availability is preferred
