Reporting to the Administration Manager of the Group, the position will supervise and manage the leasing matters and operation of an industrial property

Job Responsibilities:

• Supervise and execute all administrative matter
• Assist in formulating and implementing administrative policies and procedures
• Negotiate with potential and existing tenants for new lease and tenancy renewal issues
• Responsible for the full set book keeping of the company
• Perform daily operation of HR functions including recruitment, staff attendance and leave record, payroll calculation, taxation filing and MPF contribution
• Oversee property maintenance
• Perform other ad-hoc projects as assigned by manager

Job Requirements:

• Diploma or above in related disciplines
• A minimum of 5 years’ working experience in HR, admin or account
• Good command in written and spoken English and Chinese
• Independent, mature, self-motivated, detail-minded, well-organized and multi-tasking ability
• Proficiency in PC skills, MS office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Chinese Word Processing
• Immediate availability is highly preferred
