Job Descriptions:

• Handle receptionist duties such as greeting guests, answering phone calls, mailing order, arranging courier services and managing meeting room booking
• Arrange maintenance works for office facilities and equipment
• Handle stationery ordering, pantry supplies and stock keeping
• Arrange cleaning service such as pest control and cleaning carpet
• Ensure the tidiness of reception area, pantry and conference rooms
• Provide clerical and administrative support to HR & Administrative department
• Assist in organizing company activities (i.e. Christmas party, Annual Dinner, etc.)
• Handle ad hoc tasks and any other assigned duties as requested

Job Requirements:

• Higher diploma or above
• At least 1 year of relevant working experience
• Good telephone manner
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel & Power Point) and Chinese word processing
• Good command of written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Polite, well-organized, independent, punctual, strong sense of responsibilities
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Immediate available is highly preferred
