• Process and prepare document
• Maintain and update company databases
• Perform quality controls to ensure deliverables meet requirements
• Prepare regular reports
• Communicate with internal teams and external client for queries and project activities follow up
• Support ad hoc tasks where requested by team leader
• Approximate 10% of time work for local travel & onsite support 

Education: 

• undergraduate and above

• 1+ years' experience in clerical/ operational position
• Good verbal communication skills in both Cantonese and English.
• Good in English and Chinese reading and written
• Able to have high level of attention to detail, process information accurately and work requires minimal/no checking by others
• Good time management skills; Able to prioritize tasks and complete in timely manner.
• Good organization skills with a problem-solving attitude
• Ability to work within a team environment and individually
• Experience with office management software like MS Office (MS Excel and MS Word, specifically)
