Responsibility:

• Provide secretary support to departmental training programs and members, duties including but not limited to maintaining up to date student’s database, admission & registration, drafting meeting minutes, handling member affairs, etc.
• Maintain and update all training materials according to the changing regulations and course developmental needs
• Liaise with internal and external parties e.g. committee members, course providers, and members to enable smooth delivery of training course
• Design and execute marketing strategies to promote the training programs
• Analyze, monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of the training programs
• Handle ad-hoc projects such as Alumni Activities, Seminars and Conferences, etc. as assigned.

• Associate degree holder or above; in any discipline
• Min. 2 years of relevant working experience (Preferably with experience in an educational centre/institution)
• Good presentation, interpersonal, multitasking, and well organizing skills
• Good spoken & written English and Chinese; knowledge of Putonghua is an advantage
• Familiar with MS office e.g. MS Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing
• Independent, outgoing, pleasant, and able to work under pressure
