Job Description
Responsibilities
Participate in handling full spectrum of HR functions including recruitment, compensation and benefits, training and development and employee relations.
Prepare various periodical and/or ad-hoc HR analytical reports for management’s review.
Formulate and implement HR policies and procedures.
Requirements
Degree Holder in Human Resources Management or related discipline.
At least 5 years relevant experience in handling all rounded Human Resources functions .
Good command of spoken and written English, Chinese and Mandarin.
Proficient in PC knowledge and familiar with MS Office applications as well as Chinese Word Processing.
Immediate available is preferred.
Remarks: Candidates with less experience will be considered for the position of Senior Human Resources Officer
