• Provide secretarial and clerical support to senior executives;
• Prepare and review reports, presentations and business correspondences;
• Provide administrative support to Commercial Department;
• Liaise and coordinate with internal and external parties;
• Manage communication and documentation flows within/ cross Departments on behave of Commercial Department;
• Perform ad hoc projects as required.

• Bachelor degree in business administration or similar field;
• 2 years of experience in an executive support role or providing administrative support;
• Energetic, proactive and ambitious in workplace, especially in digital & media industry ;
• Excellent command of both written and spoken Cantonese, Mandarin, and English;
• Practical experience in working with Sales & Marketing colleagues is preferred;
• Demonstrate detailed mindset, problem-solving skills, and affinity;
• Proficiency in MS Office, including MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Chinese word processing.
