Responsibilities:

• Daily solve the enquires from customers by phone or email
• Remain the relationship with customers/VIP and enable to let them are satisfied with the services provided
• Log the issue or problem into company system to ensure all internal parties can easily follow up next time
• Update/announce company’s recent promotions, products and services to customers 
• Study and understand the information of warrant & maintenance of company products in order to easily solve inquires
• Ad-hoc jobs assigned by the Manager

Requirements:

• Diploma or above
• 2 years customer service experience on the hotline / premium customer service
• Good telephone manner
• Knowledge in automobile/Car industry would be a plus
• Good command of spoken Cantonese, Mandarin and English
• Proficient in utilizing Office MS Word and Excel
• Short notice will be highly preferred
