Reporting to the Transport Manager, the appointee will perform the following responsibilities:

Responsibilities:

• To oversee day to day operations
• Monitor and update delivery status
• Communicate with internal departments and frontlines for delivery arrangement & execute the necessary arrangement to smoothen delivery issues
• Oversee the Cash collection, Cheque, Invoice and Credit Note handling with frontline operators
• Monitor and prepare non-delivery & Transport Team related reports
• Oversee and perform daily office administration and update staff attendance
• Maintain the ISO22000 & HACCP document records
• Lead data collection and prepare relevant statistical analysis for continuous improvement purpose
• Monitor and perform the solution in frontline operation enhancement
• Perform other ad-hoc tasks as and when required

Requirements:

• Higher Diploma or Degree holder in Logistics or Industrial Engineering fields
• Good command of English and Chinese languages, both spoken and written
• Good communication skills, to handle internal and external customer needs
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in warehouse/logistics field
• Good Command in MS Office
• Experiences in using ERP system
• Knowledges in programming will be an advantage
• Familiar with roads traffic regulations and have basic knowledge in routing, trucks capacity will be an advantage
• Knowledges in repair & maintenance of vehicles will be an advantage
• Monday to Saturday on shift basis (5 days work per week)
• Shift Duty, 08:00 – 17:00, 09:00-18:00, 10:00-19:00 (include 1 hour for lunch) 
• Immediate available will be an advantage
• Candidate with less experience will consider as the position Assistant Logistics Officer
