Job Description

Our client is a listed company in US with 1500 staffs in their Hong Kong office. They are now seeking a Human Resources Director to join their company. This person will be leading and managing a team of 15  to provide all-rounded HR services supporting HK office. This position is  reporting to the Regional  Human Resources Director based in US.

 

The successful candidate will manage  full spectrum of human resources function supporting HK office. You will manage and lead Compensation & Benefits, Employee Relations, Talent Acquisition, Performance   Management, HR Policy and Communications in order to support the delivery of the business objectives.  Moreover, you will work closely with the Business Partners in talent review, succession planning and any ah-hoc regional training programs.  

 

Responsibilities

  • Providing advices and solutions regarding HR matters for HK offices
  • Learding HR team to ensure company policies could be delivered effectively and consistently
  • Managing Employee Relations matters, such as labor disputes, grievance and conflicts
  • Ensure company’s policies and procedures comply with HK local legislation and market practice
  • Work closely with shared service divisions, including Administration, IT and Finance to ensure an integrated approach is taken in supporting the Company objectives.


Requirement

  • Bachelor Degree in Human Resources Management
  • Minimum 12 years of experience in human resources with at least 5 years managerial experience.
  • Familiar with HR function and local legislation
  • Experience in the management of medium size human resources team.
  • Proficiency in spoken and written English
