Job Description
The (Senior) HR Operations Specialist is a position based in Hong Kong, reporting to the Associate Director, HR Operations LVMH Asia Pacific within the LVMH Group Corporate Compensation & Benefits team and working closely with the stakeholders in Hong Kong, Shanghai, Singapore and Seoul.
We are looking for a dynamic, well-rounded HR specialist to support the transition of our HR operations towards a business partnering approach, working with multiple stakeholders while providing quality HR services to our employees.
Major responsibilities for this position will include but are not limited to:
- Support the HR operations of 4 offices within the Group framework and regional oversight:
- Manage the employee’s life cycle process including on/off boarding arrangement, people movement, probation management, contract renewal, promotion and salary review;
- Act as a single point of contact and provide day to day HR support to employees;
- Manage and oversee the monthly payroll to ensure compliance with legislation;
- Support expatriates, annual leave management, enrolments into benefits plan and update employee lists;
- Partner with external vendors, e.g. tax and government representatives, payroll providers, brokers and insurers;
- Prepare a range of HR reports.
- Support the implementation of HR data automation & the digitalization of our processes for more efficiency and user-friendliness.
- Support in HR policies & procedures reviews to ensure compliance with the local statutory requirement and LVMH policies.
- Participate in ad hoc projects as required.
- Bachelor degree in Human Resources Management or related discipline;
- Minimum 6 year in HR Operations/Shared Service Delivery experience;
- Familiarity with employment laws and regulations of HK, knowledge with PRC/across APAC region would be an advantage;
- Experienced in working in highly complexed, cross-functional and multicultural environment;
- Strong work ethics and unquestionable confidentiality and integrity;
- Flexible, proactive and hands-on, capable of working independently;
- Fluency in English and Chinese is essential;
- Strong numerical sense and excellent knowledge in Excel, Word and Powerpoint.
