We are seeking an adaptable and responsible candidate for the position of Human Resource Manager to provide full spectrum of HR functions.

Responsibilities:

• Work with department head and provide strategic human resource plan
• Responsible for talent acquisition and manage the whole recruitment process including position advertisement and offer management
• Execute HR operations including but not limited to payroll, taxation, benefit administration and leave system maintenance
• Build internal relationships, understand colleagues’ needs and ensure talent sustainability

Requirements:

• Degree holder with 3+ years of experience in HR operation
• Well versed in HK Labour Law
• Outgoing and proactive, with passion to work
• Flexible and adaptive, able to work in a dynamic business environment
• Experience of TW HR operations is a plus
