Job Description

We are currently hiring an Leasing Assistant to join our Tenancy & Leasing management team to cope with our business operation and expansion. You will be reporting to the Leasing Manager.

Job duties: 

  • Provide day-to-day administrative support to the team.
  • Responsible for accurate & efficient data entry and record generation.
  • Co-ordinate and follow-up offer letter and tenancy agreement.
  • Prepare reports, offer letter, tenancy agreements.
  • Update floor plan for reporting.
  • Assist with any admin related tasks and ad-hoc tasks as required. 
Requirements:
  • Diploma or above in Business Management, or related discipline 
  • Minimum 1-2 years experience of office administration experience
  • Detail-oriented, well-organized, good communication skills.
  • High proficiency in MS Office including Excel, Word, PowerPoint etc.
  • Strong analytical mindset and sensitive to numbers.
  • Accounting background is preferred.
  • Good command in English and Chinese.
  • Immediate available is highly preferred.
