1. Responsible for full employee life cycle from recruitment and selection, on-boarding, employee engagement to off-boarding
2. Handling visa application for expats
3. Assist in arrangement of staff quarter and relating issues
4. Manage and maintain accurate staff information and attendance and leave records in HRIS
5. Handling monthly commission & payroll calculation, MPF & tax compliance in timely and accurate basis
6. Formulate and update HR policies and procedures from time to time in compliance with the Labour Ordinance, MPF Ordinance and Inland Revenue Ordinance;
7. Assist office administration functions including the procurement of office supplies, issuance of staff card and facilities maintenance
8. Greeting visitors in professional
9. Organizing and participating in staff activities and company events
10. Other ad hoc tasks as assigned

Requirements
- 2-3 years of experience in Human Resources
- Degree or Higher Diploma in Human Resources or Business Management or equivalent
- Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
- Detail minded, well-organize and responsible
- Can work independently with excellent interpersonal, problem solving and multi-tasking skills
- Immediate preferable

RPA is also non-intrusive in nature and leverages the existing infrastructure without causing disruption to underlying systems, which would be difficult and costly to replace. With RPA, cost efficiency and compliance are no longer an operating cost but a byproduct of the automation.
