Job Descriptions

• Provide secretrial support to CFO
• Support CFO on finance admin or presentation deck preparation
• Work closely with regional team head, C-suite level on meeting arrangement
• Support in organizing investor relation events when necessary
• Work closely with Finance team on any administrative support

Qualification and Experience

• Minimum 10 years experience in relevant position in a sizeable company
• Experienced in support CFO / C-Suite level is ideal
• Fluent in Cantonese, Mandarin and English
• Outgoing and with strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Organized, independent, customer-oriented and able to work under pressure
