Responsibilities:

• Report directly to Head of HR, assist in providing professional HR advice and service to line managers as a Business Partner;
• Support the development and implementation of HR strategic initiatives in alignment with company’s future development;
• Provide end to end Talent Acquisition services to all BUs, includes but not limited to, identify hiring needs, job posting, sourcing, screening, evaluating and offering talents, handle staff onboarding and conduct exit interviews
• Manage and review various recruitment channels and liaise with advertising and recruitment agencies;
• Responsible for TA-related projects & initiatives e.g., Internship Program and career fair etc.;
• Support in rolling out other HR initiatives and projects, includes but not limited to culture cultivation, employer branding, employee engagement, ER, CSR and social activities etc.;
• Prepare TA metrics reports and related documentations;
• Respond to the enquiries from all levels regarding to company and HR programs, policies and guidelines;
• Support any other ad-hoc projects as required.

Requirements:

• Degree or above in Human Resources Management, or equivalent;
• Minimum 3 years of related experience, preferably in a dynamic environment;
• Familiar with HK Labour Law and related ordinances;
• Team player, attention to details, well-organized and able to work under pressure;
• Proficiency in MS Office applications;
• Candidate with more experience will be considered as Supervisor;
• Immediate availability would be preferable.
