Responsibilities:

• Act as an HRBP and perform a full cycle of the recruitment process including but not limited to job posting, CV screening, conducting interviews, making offers, preparing contracts and on-boarding process
• Work closing with business units and managers to identify the hiring needs
• Ensure all HR information systems are updated and accurate
• Assist in different recruitment programs such as Career Fair and Internship Scheme
• Identify the right sourcing channels, handle selection and assessment independently
• Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned

 Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree holder in Business Administration or Human Resources Management or related discipline
• Minimum 5 years' relevant experience in Human Resources, with hands-on recruitment/ HRBP is an advantage
• Knowledgeable in the C&B aspect, including but not limited to payroll, bank reconciliation, MPF administration, tax filing and leave calculation
• Self-motivated, Strong sense of responsibility, willing to learn, able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Good command of spoken and written English, Chinese, Putonghua
• Immediate available/ short notice period is preferred
• Candidate with less experience would be considered as Human Resources Officer
• Working location: Tseung Kwan O Industrial Estate (Shuttle Bus Services provide at TKO MTR Station)
