Our client is a well-established F&B group in Hong Kong. For the business needs, they are inviting an experienced talent to join the CEO office as Executive Assistant to provide secretarial support and event planning needs to CEO office.

Responsibilities

  • Provide a full spectrum of secretarial and administrative support to CEO Office including meeting arrangement with department heads and proposal preparation
  • Support the CEO office to plan different private & public events
  • Responsible to handle the in-house pre-event planning process, coordinate with different departments to identify optimal event arrangement and recommendation including event workflow, venue setup, table arrangement and decoration options
  • Plan and conduct the pre-event meetings with relevant departments and on day event floor check in order to ensure the event setup meets CEO office requirements
  • Any ad hoc activities as required

Requirements

  • Higher Diploma or above holder in Business related disciplines
  • With solid experience on event management is highly preferred
  • Pleasant, presentable and humble
  • Strong communication skills and organizational skills
  • Good in Cantonese and English, both written and spoken.
  • Proficient in PC skills and well-versed in MS applications (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
