Job Description
Our client is one of the leading worldwide ICT solution providers which headquartered in Hong Kong. Due to business expansion, they are now looking for a seasoned HR Manager to develop and implement C&B initiatives for its new business unit.

- Be responsible for implementing C&B initiatives for Hong Kong office
- Handle monthly payroll, social insurance, company welfare & benefits, personnel information administration, market benchmarking, etc.
- Manage and provide C&B services to review and develop programs and best practice such as annual salary review, annual budgeting and other reward related activities, and develop salary structure across the region
- Develop and review C&B strategies and policies to support the Company's business growth and in compliance with local regulations
- Act as an internal consultant to HRs and business managers on C&B related topics, including labor dispute cases
- Assist in managing external service providers, monitoring effectiveness of reward programs and participating in ad hoc HR projects if required
- Degree holder or above in Human Resources Management or related disciplines
- Minimum 8 years working experience, exposure in Chinese companies is preferred
- Solid function and technical knowledge in C&B, reward management, and performance management practices
- Strong analytical, planning and organizing skills
- Ability to deal with multiple tasks under time pressure
- Great attention to details and accuracy
- Excellent command of written and spoken of English and Chinese, including Mandarin
- Immediately available is highly preferable
