We are looking for a highly-driven and motivated Receptionist to join our fun, professional and dedicated People Operations Department based here in Hong Kong. The People Operations Department plays a key role in developing and reinforcing the culture of foodpanda, while aiming to achieve a high level of efficiency and workforce management. Roles and Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office
• Assist in visitor registration
• Direct visitors to the appropriate person and office
• Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls
• Receive, sort and distribute daily mail/deliveries
• Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material (e.g. pens, forms and brochures)
• Assist in catering for board meetings
• Arranging office maintenance and repair
• Assist in business card, stationary, beverage ordering 
• Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, transcribing and faxing
• Seating plan and access control arrangement 

Qualifications and Requirements

• Bachelor degree or equivalent
• Minimum 1-2 years of Front Office Representative or similar role
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, experiences in Adobe Software is a plus
• Hands-on experience with office equipment (e.g. printers)
• Professional attitude and appearance
• Solid written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise
• Excellent organizational skills
• Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
• Customer service attitude
