Roles

- Administration and manage customers' documentation including quotations, contracts & project documents.

- Liaise with customers & government authorities for project status

- Handle customers' inquiries and following up

- Provide support on other sales & marketing activities

- Provide support to the Education Team for Courses administration

- Handling invoices and debts collection process.

Requirements

–  Diploma or above in qualification with 2 years working experiences.

–  A team player able to work with cross divisions, multi-tasks, prioritize, and manage time effectively under dynamic environment.

–  Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening

–  Familiar with Microsoft application like excel, word and power-point etc.
