Human Resources Officer

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for monthly payroll, MPF calculation and staff benefits administration
• Maintain personnel and leave records
• Medical insurance coordination with insurance company
• Assist in organizing staff functions and annual staff activities
• Salary survey and benchmark reports
• Prepare various monthly reports
• Provide support in recruitment activities
• Assist in office administration tasks
• Perform ad-hoc duties as required

Requirement:

• Degree holder in Human Resources Management or Business disciplines
• At least 4 years' relevant experience in retail industry
• Solid experience in handling full set of payroll is a must
• Well verse in Employment Ordinance, MPF Regulations and other HR related ordinance
• Advanced knowledge in Excel and Chinese word processing
• Strong numerical and analytical capabilities
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese (Putonghua)
• Good communication skills and able to work under pressure
• Immediate availability is highly preferred
• Candidates with less experience will be considered as Assistant Human Resources Officer
