Responsibilities:

• Assist to provide duties related to compensation and benefit;
• Handle day-to-day payroll and benefits operations for local employees and overseas employees such as payroll calculation, staff movement, work injuries, MPF administration, medical insurance, tax reporting, attendance and leave management, etc.
• Support on payroll system implementation and data accuracy monitoring;
• Collect employees’ inquiries regarding C&B and update the relevant process and policies when necessary;
• Make data analysis and provide support for salary review and market catch up;
• Assist with onboarding and offboarding tasks, handle employee inquiries;
• Collaborate with other teams to roll out HR programs and ensure effective HR management;
• Support and perform other duties as assigned by the Line Manager.

 Requirements: 

• Degree or above education;
• 1-2 years of relevant work experience;
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese;
• Proficiency in MS Office;
• Knowledge of IPL, ADP, or SAP will be an advantage;
• Detail-minded with excellent organizational skills;
• Self-initiative, out-going with a can-do attitude;
• A team player with strong interpersonal & communication skills;
• Immediate availability is preferred.
