The position holder will work under the company’s Hong Kong Production Department and report to the Production Manager. 

Responsibilities:

• Handle the production materials in/out and system record registration
• Handle the production labor cost and scrap calculation
• Take care of the stock warehouse and in charge of the regular stock take
• Handle the handover of repair goods with shops and answer any enquiry about the repair status
• Handle all administrative work in the production site including any compliance and safety documents preparation
• Support the jewellery photo shooting, laser inscription and Quality Assurance

Requirements:

• Diploma or above, jewellery related qualification preferred
• Jewellery and/or production related experience will be an advantage
• Quick learner and team player, with passion in jewellery industry
• Good communication skill with strong sense of responsibilities
• Sensitive to numbers and detail-minded
• Hands-on experience in MS Excel; knowledge in MS Word, PowerPoint or any jewellery software will be an advantage
• 5.5 wording days per week (Mon-Fri, Sat am)
