Job Description

The Job
- Support all aspects of C&B operations including monthly payroll, MPF, medical insurance, attendance & leave administration, etc.
- Liaise with internal departments to ensure smooth payroll processing and salary administration
- Participate in HRIS implementation & enhancement
- Compile HR analytic reports for business growth
- Support ad hoc HR projects as assigned
The Person
- University graduate in Human Resources Management or related disciplines
- At least 3 years’ HR experience in C&B sector in sizeable corporate / MNC
- Possess good analytical skill and numerical sense
- High initiative, meticulous and work under pressure on tight deadlines
- Proficient in MS Office Excel, Word, PowerPoint
- Good spoken and written English and Chinese
