• To assist in conducting market survey and competitor product analysis in response to new digital product and services features offered by other financial institutions via various sources
• To assist in collaborating with I.T. Department and the relevant departments / business users pertaining to all non-banking related projects
• To support marketing project and perform ad-hoc duties as assigned
• To support the hotline related to internet banking, mobile banking and digital banking
• To provide general administrative support and perform a variety of clerical duties
• Secondary education level with minimum 1 year of relevant experience in banking industry
• Good communication skills in both English and Chinese
• Good interpersonal and coordination skills
• Proficient in MS Office applications (MS Word, Excel and Outlook)
