Job Description

Job Responsibilities

  • Oversee and manage the compensation and benefits administration including monthly payroll processing, MPF, salaries tax filing and medical insurance renewal exercise
  • Implement HR payroll systems for HK and Macau and create a sophisticated payroll and benefits system for storing employee data and handling payroll processing
  • Plan, direct and coordinate the compensation and benefits activities of Sino Jet so as to drive performance leading to the desired business results. Prepare reports and management review reports to highlight and analyses business performance
  • Assist in benchmarking exercise and data analysis, staff cost budgeting, annual salary review and bonus pay-out process
  • Assist the recruitment process of both back office and operational staff. Liaise with line manager for recruitment needs and provide assistance on recruitment plan based on business need.
  • Facilities the on-boarding process and ensure the new hires are handled properly. Timely follow up the status of new hires and provide feedback on their training/ HR needs. Conduct exit interview and review staff turnover with line manager monthly
  • Perform any ad-hoc projects and assignments

Job Requirements

  • Degree holder in Human Resources Management or related discipline
  • At least 5 years’ working experience in HR field including 2 years of supervisory experience
  • Well-versed with Hong Kong Employment Ordinance and other related ordinance
  • Be a good team leader, with independent, attention to details, flexible and positive thinking
  • Strong interpersonal skills and able to communicate with colleagues across all levels
  • Excellent command of spoken and written English, Mandarin and Cantonese
  • Proficient in MS Office and word processing
  • Immediate available is preferred
