Our well-established consumer goods client is looking for an all-rounded right-hand person with solid expertise in human resources management in the consumer sector.  This can be a long-term stable job for the right candidate who enjoys working in a dynamic work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Play a leadership role in providing human resources advisory and support services to all the business functions including all shops
• Manage the full spectrum of HR functions including HR strategy formulation, manpower planning, C&B, talent management, performance management and employee engagement
• Monitor the day-to-day operations such as recruitment, on-boarding and off-boarding, payroll administration, attendance, and HR data and record management
• Act as a positive change agent who is able to drive continuous improvement to achieve common business objectives
• Provide proactive and speedy analysis and reporting to the senior management so that employee performance can be managed in a timely and effective manner
• Oversee retail training for the sales and service teams to support business growth and enhance company image
• Ensure best practices, legal compliance and employee safety in accordance with company policies, labour ordinances and public health control directives
• Other ad hoc tasks as required by management

 Requirements

• Degree in Human Resources management or related disciplines
• 15 years of all rounded HR experience in a leadership role
• An approachable catalyst who enjoys continuous improvement
• Excellent business sense, and able to deliver results in a fast-paced work environment
• Very good at numbers with strong analytical, problem-solving and interpersonal skills
• Well-versed in the Employment Ordinance and other Human Resources related regulations in Hong Kong
• Excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese
• Excellent PC skills in MS Word, PowerPoint and in particular Excel
